Council of University System Staff (CUSS)
The USM Council of University System Staff (CUSS) provides non-faculty employees of the University System of Maryland with a voice in the governance of the system. Through the council, all staff have the opportunity to influence decisions affecting the System Staff's interests. Each of the institutions within the USM is apportioned representatives based on their size. The main website for CUSS can be viewed at: http://www.usmd.edu/usm/workgroups/SystemStaff/
