Being born and raised in Columbia, Maryland, attending St. Mary’s College of Maryland for undergraduate studies, and working for the University of Maryland Health professions advising office, she is already an integrated and long-standing member of the Maryland community. She has experience in communication and linguistics from dual bachelors in English Literature and French Language from St. Mary’s, as well as cultural competency through French immersion program in Grenoble, France and teaching experience abroad in Seoul, South Korea.

She is excited to expand on her previous work as Parliamentarian within St. Mary’s College of Maryland and expand her service to the University community here at the Senate Office.

Beyond working with students in UNIV 100 and attending the many great lecture opportunities here on campus, Becca enjoys spending time outdoors roller blading, running, rock climbing or hiking with her hound dog. She also enjoys woodworking, wood burning, camping, making campfires and then cooking over those campfires…among other lumberjack-like pursuits.
