Actions:	The ERG Committee reviewed the charge and met with a representative from the Division of Information Technology at its meeting on March 5, 2013. The Committee considered the structure for IT Governance at its meeting on March 26, 2013. The ERG Committee submitted an extension request to the SEC on April 12, 2013 after receiving feedback from DivIT on its proposed structure. The committee discussed the issues of concern, and reviewed a revised structure at its meeting on April 17, 2013. The committee discussed many details related to the IT Council and voted unanimously in favor of the revised structure at that meeting.
