All Senators
Senators are elected representatives of all of the constituencies of the campus community. The governing documents outline the apportionment for each of these constituencies. The full senate is composed of approximately 224 members including faculty, staff and students. You can sort the table by using the up and down arrows at the top of each column. You can also search for specific Senators (e.g., marin) or groups of Senators with multiple attributes (e.g., ARHU faculty or CMNS undergraduate student) using the search tool.

Mission
The University Senate of the University of Maryland provides a gateway for all faculty, staff, students, and administrators to inclusively participate in our unique system of shared governance. The University Senate advises the University President on matters and concerns related to the University and University-wide policy. Operating within this purview allows stakeholders and representatives from around the campus community to provide voice and influence to key issues facing the institution.
