The University Senate has just released a legislation tracking system for all Senate bills that can be found here.
The University Senate reviews a variety of legislation each year ranging from revising existing policy to approving program changes. Each legislative bill is assigned a Senate document number and is funneled through the Senate's standing committees, executive committee and the Senate floor for final approval. This system will allow you to track current and past legislation reviewed within the Senate. Each bill gives an overview of the proposal as well as the stages of review, associated documentation and current status.
This innovative system will allow the Senate's constituents (internal & external) to check the status of any bill. Currently, all legislation for the 2008-2009 academic year has been posted. The 2009-2010 bills will be updated throughout the course of the year.
