| Proposal: | The UMD Policies and Procedures Concerning Telephone Billing should be reviewed and if appropriate removed or adjusted. The current policy has not been updated in more than 30 years. It was developed when phone billing included long-distance cost and other charges. Current phone plans per -FTE included unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls which makes this policy obsolete. |
