Bill ID: 22-23-22
Name: Proposal to Amend Bylaws of the University Senate: inclusion of the process for Intellectual Property Committee membership
Proposed: 12/15/2022
Sponsor: Willie Brown, Interim Senate Director
Proposal: Current UMD Intellectual Property Policy states the Vice President for Research shall, in conjunction with the University Senate, appoint a University Intellectual Property Committee.
